Panic attack help in many forms

many waysPanic attack help or what type of panic attack help you will need will depend on what type of panic attacks you are having and these symptoms will depend on what is causing your panic attacks

There are so many things that can trigger panic attacks but you can put them into basically two groups

The first group come under phobias.  Like the fear of flying, of public speaking, of driving, of open spaces, leaving the house (agoraphobia) and so on.  All these can bring on a panic attack as anxiety and stress builds up in the body when they approach their fear.   Panic attack help for this group is fairly straight forward as they can be taught how to overcome their fear in small steps.

If you put yourself into this group then have a look on the internet and see if you can find an assertion or support groups dealing with your type of phobia.  They can probably put you on the right road so to speck.

If you don’t have a phobia you will come under the second group.  This group would be having their attacks because of one of these following problems.

You could have a chemical imbalance in your body which sometimes comes under panic disorder symptoms.  In simple terms, different part of your body likes your parasympathetic system, your sympathetic nervous system, and your respiratory system and so on.  All trying to do their job and getting mixed up with each other, making you feel like death warmed up.

So how do you know you have a chemical imbalance?  Normally the feeling panic attacks you have will attack you more or less the same way every time you have one.  With a chemical imbalance you could be having all sorts of problems as your body try’s to get itself back into order.

Your doctor should be able to sort this out with some medication that helps your body relax as it works itself out.  But if you are still having your problems after the medication has stop then it would make sense to look at the other reasons why you are having panic attacks, which is the next area to look at.

For panic attack help that deals with your psychological side rather than your physical side than you have got to sort out your life, as problems in this area normally come from anxiety, stress and negative thinking.  It can also be something in your past that you have pushed deep down inside you and it is showing itself through your subconscious level or it could be present day things like your job or present relationship.
