Healing Anxiety and Depression
What type of person are you?
As the title says healing
anxiety and depression but the fact is they may not go together as
they are both different problems.
Depression is given many names, with clinical depression the
most widely known.Other names like recurrent depressive disorder and
their ore many other types of labels put on it.
Anxiety is a state of mind that any one can get trapped
into.There is anxiety if your bills cannot be paid, anxiety over your
children and anxiety in the work place.So putting anxiety and depression
in the same box so to speck is not always a true understand of the mental problem you are going
through.
Depression
People who have depression
don’t always have problems in their life.They can have a good job, no money
worries and have love ones who care about them but they still get depressed.If you full into this group then it is best to see your doctor because the feeling you are
going through are deep rooted and probably the only way to help you would be through.
The diagnosis that your doctor will make will be based on your
self-reported experiences and possible other information from relatives or friends and maybe a self help
group who you have been using my advice you to seek medical help rather then
counselling.
Healing Anxiety and depression
Anxiety is a different animal. Anxiety is basically an un-controlled mind, which can be put right by many means.
Worry is basically taking over your thinking and not letting you see the woods
for the trees.With anxiety you need to look at your worries as a third
person.In other words try and stand back from yourself, imagine you are
helping another person, what would you advice them to do?
So to sum it up, healing anxiety and
depressioncan be broken down into two problems to
solve.If you are suffering from depression, which shows itself in lack
of energy, a feeling of helplessness and some times body pains.You need
to see your doctor.Your body chemistry is out of balance and your doctor
will be the best person to help you.
Anxiety that can treated by your doctor but the best way is to
work it out yourself.You can do this by using the many books etc of the
subject or joining a self help group.You will be surprised how quick
things start to turn out right for you once you take action.
